2.正確使用資訊科技的態度與習慣
透過教學活動,培養學生正確使用資訊網與通訊科技的態度與習慣,並增進學習興趣,使學生具有尊重智慧財產權的觀念、遵守網路禮節、注重資訊安全與網路發表與溝通的技巧等方面的素養,進而培養學生成為具有良好資訊倫理素養的現代化公民。
3.主動探索終身學習的態度與習慣
發展以生命關懷為本的ICT教育,使學生都具備資訊科技與網路學習之基本能力與人文素養,以適應未來資訊與知識經濟社會的需求,進行終身學習,充實自我。
二、ISTE的NETS•S
(一) Creativity and Innovation
Students demonstrate creative thinking, construct knowledge, and develop innovative products and processes using technology.
(二)Communication and Collaboration
Students use digital media and environments to communicate and work collaboratively, including at a distance,to support individual learning and contribute to the learning of others.
(三)Research and Information Fluency
Students apply digital tools to gather, evaluate, and use information.
(四)Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision Making
Students use critical thinking skills to plan and conduct research, manage projects, solve problems, and make informed decisions using appropriate digital tools and resources.
(五)Digital Citizenship
Students understand human, cultural, and societal issues related to technology and practice legal and ethical behavior.
(六)Technology Operations and Concepts
Students demonstrate a sound understanding of technology concepts, systems, and operations.
備註: ISTE的全名為international society for technology in education,網站首頁(http://www.iste.org/)以「Providing leadership and service to improve teaching and learning by advancing the effective use of technology in education!」為標頭文字,其意義為「不斷地提昇科技在教育運用的效能,以改進教與學的品質。」更深一層的文意,則有高度道德使命感,即所謂的領航(leadership)與服務(service),而面對資訊科技普及性愈來愈高的時代,能否有效促進學生高階思考能力的昇級(advancing) 則是教育人員應慎思的課題。
